Mr. Maksimovich founded Maksimovich & Associates, P.C. in 1990.  He focuses his private practice specializing in the representation of criminal defense, DUI as well as all traffic offenses, civil litigation, real estate transactions, eviction law, family law, business law, bankruptcy law, municipal law, transportation companies, and clients in complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Maksimovich’s clients have included well-known corporations, municipalities and individuals.  

Mr. Maksimovich has extensive litigation experience in both State and Federal Trial Courts. Since 1990, Mr. Maksimovich has additionally served as a Municipal Prosecutor for the Village of Lyons.

Mr. Maksimovich was born Berwyn, Illinois.  He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University Chicago in 1986.  Mr. Maksimovich earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1990.  He is licensed to practice in all Courts of the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Maksimovich is a proud member of the Illinois Bar Association.
